Maxwell Lodge is a contemporary home overlooking Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. Perched on the Queenstown hillside, the house is located just 2 minutes drive from the very centre of Queenstown and is within easy walking distance. 

This quality home has four large double bedrooms each with its own ensuite. All rooms offer spectacular views over Lake Wakatipu, especially the large kitchen and open-plan living/dining area. 

This well-appointed and spacious lodge sleeps 12 people comfortably and is ideal for group activities, i.e. skiing holidays, management retreats or family vacations.

There is a stereo and television with Sky Digital in the living area. Beds can be made up as super king or single and all linen and towelling is provided. A complete laundry and drying area is also at your disposal. 

The fully-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, quality crockery, cutlery and glassware, pots & pans, tablemats, microwave, etc.

Pricing

Pricing starts at $295 per night for low season. School holidays & peak season up to $650 per night.

Cost is for the entire lodge with 4 bedrooms - this will sleep up to 12 people and is cost effective for larger groups. 

All prices in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.

Linen and cleaning costs are inclusive in the rates.
